In the 2024–2025 academic year, our eTwinning project entitled “Mono-Lingua: Learning Languages Through Games,” carried out by our Grade 7 French class under the guidance of our French teacher, Gülçin Acarsoy, was awarded the European Quality Label. 

Conducted in partnership with schools from İstanbul and Romania, the project enabled our students to use English as a common language of communication while teaching one another Turkish, French, and Romanian. Throughout the process, language learning was transformed into an engaging and collaborative experience through the use of various Web 2.0 tools, as well as a Monopoly-inspired game designed by the students themselves.

Through this project, our students gained valuable experience not only in developing their language skills but also in fostering intercultural interaction, collaboration, creativity, and digital competencies.
