The international eTwinning project “Let’s Talk About Books! Reading Connects Generations,” coordinated by our school, continues with the “Intergenerational Reading Circle” activity.

During the event held in our library, our primary school students participating in the project came together with their grandparents and experienced the journey of reading culture from past to present. In this special gathering, where our volunteer elders took on the role of storytellers, students not only developed their communication and social skills but also embraced cultural awareness—the core objective of our project—in the most heartfelt way.

In this journey, carried out in partnership with 13 schools from five different countries, we once again witnessed that books are not only meant to be read but also serve as a powerful bridge connecting generations.

We would like to thank all the elders and parents who participated in this meaningful experience.
