188 Zuhal Eren Zoe Salvemini No BullyIng Project In our Language Arts classes this year, 5th grade students read several books on bullying and prepared projects to demonstrate what they have learned in class as well as how strong their ideas have become against bullying. They created their own projects to promote anti-bullying. All grades contributed to our Unity Tree on which leaves with anti-bullying messages were added. Mina ŞEKERCİOĞLU In our LA English class we had a great time during the anti-bullying unit. In this unit we learned to ignore bullies, not to bully our friends and try to be friends with the person who is bullied. Everyone can come face to face with bullies and in this lesson we learned how to stand up to them. We realized that we can get help from our teachers and parents. So nobody is alone against bullies. I felt so strong and happy to learn how to be against bullies. We prepared anti- bullying posters on this subject. We spoke in class about books that are about our topic. It was a great educational subject for us. We had an amazing time during our lessons. We also created a virtual vocabulary museum on bullying using at least 15 of the new vocabulary items in this unit. Nilsu TANĞ BULLYING GAME Hello and this is my bullying game. It took my time to do this. Now I will tell you how to play this game. You start in front of school. Before you entered school, you go to the right side. There is a chest and it tells you how to play, your story and things you need to do. There will be signs at the start so there is no problem. This is the first parkour: labyrinth. Before you find the entry, you need to find two classrooms. One of them has a note and you need to read it. This is the second game, another version of a labyrinth. You need to find the right way. This is the third game: lava parkour. You cannot jump to the lights and cheat. In the last game: right or wrong. You will read the signs and try to find the right way. When you see the signs like this, don’t do anything. Duru GÜNDEŞLİOĞLU Firstly we watched videos about bullying, types of bullying and how to deal with it. When we were ready we read Just Kidding book, learned new vocabulary, analyzed the story and the characters. We completed posters about bullying and created a friendship/unity tree. We made some projects like anti-bullying Minecraft games and Kahoot.
