186 5th GRADE BLOGGING CHALLENGE The Student Blogging Challenge is all about embracing all the benefits of blogging, from learning digital writing and digital citizenship to developing an authentic audience and connecting with others around the world. It offers creative challenges and the opportunity to see what students in other countries are doing. Challenges we faced included addressing the responsibilities digital literacy brings where we made posters and had fun making avatars and coming up with nicknames. We learned about copyright and Creative Commons when using photos in our work. Another 2019 student blogging challenge was to use music in our work, we wrote and performed Grammar Raps, wrote Band Bios and wrote hit songs. Go to the blog to see us perform our songs.
